Q: Are socks required?
A: Yes, for our guests safety socks are required in the play area. If you forget, socks are available for purchase.

Q: Do you rent out moon bounce units?
A: Yes, we have a variety of units available! If you have an event coming up please call 804-690-0948 to reserve your unit today.

Q: May I bring in my own food and drinks?
A: For your convenience, we offer an assortment of food and drinks available for purchase. No outside food or drinks permitted in the facility.

Q: My playgroup wants to meet at The Playroom, may we have a party room for snack time?
A: Yes! We welcome all groups to call and reserve a party room. (weekdays only) We will put your group on the calendar and reserve the party room for up to 2 hours. Group discount rate available for groups larger than 10 children with a reservation. 

Q: Is my party private or will my guests share the inflatables and party rooms with guests from other parties?
A: If you select the Private Facility Party Option, you will have exclusive use of The Playroom, all 7600 sq ft! If you select our Classic Party, you will have a private party room. Classic Party guests will be in a shared play area with other guests.

Q: How do I schedule a birthday party or event?
A: It's easy! Fill out the form on the birthday party page, email party@playroomfun.com, or call us 540-479-6309. Your party is "officially" reserved when your deposit is paid.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, to reserve your party a $100 deposit is required.

Q: Are adults included in the guest count for my party package?
A: Adults are free and not included in the guest count for the classic party option. Private parties are allowed to have 100 people and adults are included in this guest count.

Q: What is your policy regarding weather closings?

A: We make every attempt to stay open. If we can not be open due to weather conditions, we will allow you to reschedule your party. No refunds will be given, but you may apply all deposits and payment to another party at The Playroom.
